WHO WE ARE
A Completely Different Note, UCONN's oldest + finest lower-voice (TTBB) a cappella group, constantly pushes the boundaries of vocal music & performance, consistently taking on an expansive, vibrant, genre-bending repertoire of music, and bringing our audiences the finest singing and entertainment that UCONN has to offer! With nearly 25 years of history and tradition under our belt, CDN is much more than collegiate a cappella – our tight-knit, rambunctious family and endless antics have become a cornerstone of life at the University of Connecticut.
OUR MUSIC
Over the years, CDN's released five albums and performed for audiences across the country, with annual tours bringing us to Los Angeles, New York City, Nashville, and much more. Our most recent album, Small Town Boys (2018), epitomized our signature style and variety of hits, and we’re currently in the process of recording our fifth full length album, with a release slated for the Fall of 2023.
